Weekend Fun

Happy Weekend!!

After a wonderful (and short) week in my new position of the Marketing/Communications Coordinator with an HR firm in Bellevue, I'm now relaxing in the sun and looking forward to the rest of our weekend.

Although I've just begun my new career adventure, I'm extremely optimistic about what's to come.  I have definitely jumped right in with a full plate of projects and am already enjoying every minute of it.

With a beautiful Seattle evening on Friday, there was nothing else to do but go for a run.  I've said it once, and I'll say it again; I absolutely love having my running buddy in the room next door.  It just brings so much motivation!

And after a nice 5 miles on the waterfront, it was time to eat.  Since we had an Olive You groupon, it was a no brainer where to go.  We met a couple gentlemen for delish outdoor eats then headed home to watch a classic.

And now, after a Saturday morning stroll with our iced coffees, Jillian and I are headed down to the pool to do our best in recreating our Vegas weekend.  Instead of beers though, I'm taking it easy with my second favorite summer beverage...
